Watermelon Gazpacho

2 large tomatoes
2 cups watermelon cone #3
2 cucumbers thin skin cone #3
1 avocado quartered
1/2 red onion diced  cone #3
1 clove garlic minced cone #1
Juice and zest of one lemon cone #1

1/2-1 bunch basil chiffonade

1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives
2 tbls chickpea miso
Salt and pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients in a blender just a few seconds (this can be done in batches)
