Salad Shirazi

Salad 

1 cucumber (diced on cone #3)

1/2 red onion (diced on cone #3) 

4 radishes (diced on cone #3) 

3 medium-sized tomatoes (halved and seeds removed, diced)

Dressing

1 tsp dried mint

23 Tbsp olive oil

3 Tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Dice veggies to same size. Mix dressing ingredients and drizzle over salad.. Adjust seasonings and serve.
