Ingredients
  

Crumble
  • 1¼ cups rolled oats
  • 1½ cups granola
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • A good sprinkle of ground flax
  • ½ cup almond or soy milk
Filling
  • 6–8 peaches, sliced
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg

Method
 

  1. Toss peaches with maple syrup, flour, and spices; let rest.
