1 broccoli crowns cone #2
1/4 purple cabbage cone #2
1/2 cauliflower head cone #2
1 medium carrot cone #2
2 cups finely chopped Kale
1/2 cup parsley finely chopped.
1/2 cup sunflower seeds or  pumpkin seeds pepitas
1/2 cup sliced cashews or almonds.
1/2 cup dried fruit or golden berries
1/2 cup  dried blueberries
Juice of one lemon
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoons maple syrup
Salt & pepper to taste


Cut the broccoli and cauliflower with Sm food processor cone #2
Process the carrot the same way and add to the bowl. Stir all ingredients to combine.
Add the rest of the salad ingredients to the bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until fully combined. Add lemon juice, vinegar and syrup and toss to coat.
