A functional nutrition counselor, healthy cooking consultant, culinary educator, and professional dancer, Hannah brings decades of experience in nutrition, cultural arts, and creative storytelling to everything she does. Her background as a dance anthropologist — with deep roots in Persian, Central Asian, Middle Eastern, and North African dance traditions — shapes her holistic approach to food, culture, and well-being.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, she teaches, speaks, and creates media that inspires audiences to transform their relationship with food and everyday life.
