Skip the coffee shop line — this cozy chai latte comes together in minutes at home, with blood orange and a whisper of orange blossom water lending it something a little more special than your everyday cup. Frothed cashew milk makes it feel indulgent without any dairy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 chai tea bag
  • Boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon blood orange extract
  • ½ teaspoon orange blossom water optional
  • ½ cup cashew milk or sub almond milk
  • Ground cinnamon, for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Boil water. Pour over the chai tea bag in a cup, filling about ¾ of the way. Steep 5–7 minutes.
  2. Warm the cashew milk in a small pot over medium-high heat until simmering. Remove from heat and froth with a handheld frother or blender.
  3. Remove the tea bag and stir in maple syrup, orange extract, and orange blossom water, if using.
  4. Pour the frothed milk over the tea, sprinkle with cinnamon, and enjoy.
