Guest Promotion and Appearance Guidelines for “Dancing in the Kitchen with Hannah Romanowsky”

Please Read Carefully:

To ensure a successful appearance on “Dancing in the Kitchen,” all guests must promote their episode on the release day via email and social media. You will receive promotional graphics and links for this purpose.

Required actions include:

  • Email: Send at least one email to your list.
  • Social Media: Make at least one post on each platform using the following tags:
    • Instagram: @danceanddish /
    • Facebook: @HannahRomanowsky / @danceanddish

You will also receive two 1-minute video clips from the episode, which you are asked to share via email and social media. Your support is greatly appreciated!

Show Participation:

  • Be engaging, exciting, and energetic during your segment.
  • The guest format is generally free-form; questions may vary.
  • If participating remotely, ensure you are in a quiet location with no background noise, a clean and attractive background, good lighting, and a professional microphone (no headphones). We may forfeit your appearance if these requirements are not met. The quality of video and audio is crucial.

Show Details:

  • “Dancing in the Kitchen with Hannah Romanowsky” is recorded live at Hidden City Ballroom in Point Richmond CA, or remotely via Zoom.
  • The show with stream on multiple channels, including Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and as a podcast. Please support us by subscribing to all channels and leaving a positive review.

Fee Information:

  • If invited by Hannah, ignore the fee below. Otherwise, participation in “DANCING IN THE KITCHEN” costs $500, covering:
    • A 20 minute interview highlighting your expertise, brand, products, and services.
    • Production of a fully edited episode, including two promotional 1-minute clips, graphics, and promotional materials (value: $2,500).

Important Notes:

  • Any books, products, or programs promoted must include an affiliate link and be sent to Hannah Romanowsky, 55 Maria Drive Apt 325, Petaluma, CA 94954, at least two weeks in advance.
  • Fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full prior to your appearance.
  • Live interviews cannot be canceled. Recorded interviews may be rescheduled based on Hannah’s availability.
  • A portion of your fee will support a non-profit committed to food security in the San Francisco bay area.
