This is a semi-private course experience, designed for a small group ready to go deep. Hannah Romanowsky is a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, Healthy Cooking Educator, and the host of the uplifting TV show Dancing in the Kitchen—where food, joy, and movement come together to nourish from the inside out. With decades of experience in holistic health and the culinary arts, Hannah empowers women to re-enchant their relationship with food and create sustainable wellness through simple, joyful practices in the kitchen and beyond.
